outbid.properties is a paid leaderboard. No sign up, no ads, no commissions. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is the payment, nothing else.
How ranking works
- New listings are whole dollars, $1 minimum, $100,000 maximum, $1 at a time. Entries already on the board keep their amount until they raise or get outranked.
- Taking #1 costs at least $1 more than the current top. Paying less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that payment can take. Equal totals stay in the order they were placed, the older payment keeps the higher rank.
- Enter the same listing again to raise it to any rank. The new total must be at least $1 above your current total; you only pay the difference. Someone else cannot take your rank by paying that difference.
- Listing links are keyed by source and listing ID, so the same property on Domain and realestate.com.au counts as two entries. Tracking query strings are ignored.
What you can list
- A live listing on Domain or realestate.com.au.
- You do not need to own the listing. Anyone can list it.
- Query parameters are stripped from listing links. Affiliate, referral, and tracking URLs will not work.
- Link shorteners are not allowed. Sold, off market, and withdrawn listings are checked when you pay. If a listing sells later it keeps its spot and shows a SOLD badge.
After you pay
- Your listing is public. Clicks go to the listing you submitted, without query parameters.
- A completed payment is what claims the rank.
- No refunds.
- We can remove any listing. We do this only for abuse, or when the listing owner asks.
